Are you a professional speaker looking for representation by heyRED Speakers Agency? If so, let's get started!

Q1. What does heyRED need to represent you?

A: Experience and a track record is essential. The following items will help us effectively represent you:

  • Short bio (150 words max) and full biography (preferably in a Word document)
  • High resolution head shot photo with minimum size of 450 (w) X 600 (h)
  • Professionally produced video of a recent speech presented in front of a live audience
  • References of groups you have spoken to within the last year
  • Speech topics and program descriptions
  • Fee information, including expenses (or flat rate fees ) if that is your pricing structure
  • Your website address, if you have one
  • Audio/visual requirements

Q2. What is heyRED looking for in the speakers they represent?

A: We are looking for new thinking, unique programs and delivery, and a track record of success as a speaker. Let's face it, to a certain extent, speakers are a dime a dozen. We take pride in bringing speakers who bring real value, with tangible content, and thought leadership that no one else is doing or saying. If you are bringing a fresh perspective, unique message, or a different way of presenting and engaging your audiences, then heyYES, do submit for our consideration.

Q3. Why is video footage important?

A: Seeing is believing. The first thing a planner requests is to see you in action. A video says it all.

Q4. If I already have an established relationship with a specific organization that has booked me before, do they need to arrange future presentations through you once your agency starts representing me?

A: It depends. If you would like us to coordinate the details on your behalf with the organization, negotiate a higher fee and/or expense reimbursement as your agent, then yes, we would be compensated through the agreed-upon commission rate. However, if this is simply a matter of them calling and rebooking you, then no, we would not need to be involved. The only thing we ask is that you let us know so we can put it on our calendar to avoid double-booking you.
