Kurt Buehlmaier, CEO and founder of No Regrets Consulting, is passionate about helping people achieve success personally, professionally and happily. His unique perspective of the relationship between the educational and business worlds has resulted in a new paradigm of thinking related to performance improvement, reaching one's potential, achieving higher levels of success and managing in a multi-generational workplace. Through his innate ability to see what is a help and is a hindrance in educational environments, he sheds light on trends that will turn into best practices and which will fizzle out over time.

 

Kurt offers speaking, personal coaching, consulting, training and facilitating services, and works as a personal coach for those as young as thirteen years of age to seasoned executives. Kurt has worked with a wide variety of clients, including the University of Virginia, startup technology firms, senior level financial executives, non-profits, state councils, professional athletes, and artists.

 

 He is frequently called upon to speak at Universities on Generational Diversity Management. Through his innate ability to see what is a help and is a hindrance in educational environments, he sheds light on trends that will turn into best practices and which will fizzle out over time. His insights related to trends in the business world, such as our global economy, brings students and Universities information that adds value and depth towards their success.

 

Kurt started out in the educational world, spending time as a Dean of Students, Guidance Counselor, History and Psychology Teacher. In 2006, after five years teaching in NJ, Kurt and his wife Kim made a move to Virginia. Aftera successful career in teaching, Kurt made the move to the business world, starting his consulting firm, No Regrets Consulting, in 2011.

 

Kurt is married to Kim, and enjoys parenthood of his twin toddler sons and newborn baby.
